Brief
The goal was to create and publish a unique adult colouring book celebrating hip-hop legends. 
This was a passion project, where I wanted to combine my two major passions of music and drawing. This colouring book is marketed towards adults, the popularity of adult colouring books have become incredibly popular. Becoming a common pastime to help reduce stress and anxiety. I aimed to tap into nostalgia while offering a meditative creative outlet for adults. 
I wanted to challenge myself and improve my digital illustration abilities apposed to my usual approach with pencils. I wanted to accompany the portraits with an artist biography. A subtle but effective treatment of the typography embodies both the music and book's genre. The final colouring book is sized at 8.5” x 11”. Filled with all original full page illustrations paired with the artist bio and facts.

Outcome
Sales & Distribution: Sold 100+ copies in first six months across North America and Europe.

Reviews: Customers gave a 4.5/5 average rating through social polls and website comments.
Community Growth: Grew a dedicated mailing list of 100 enthusiasts for future editions.
Additional Highlights
Colouring-Along Live Streams: Hosted weekly streams with guest colourists, averaging 80 live viewers.
Charitable Tie-In: Donated 20% of proceeds to purchase art supplies for giveaways during MADE Artshows.
